Ana Silva

Executive Director

Ana began her career in healthcare after completing a CNA course, which led her to join Capri Communities as a caregiver at Wilson Commons. Her passion for senior living and commitment to resident care guided her progression through various administrative roles at St. Rita Square before returning to Wilson Commons, where she served as Assistant Executive Director and now as Executive Director.

Ana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Marquette University and has completed the WALA CBRF Administrator course. Beyond Wilson Commons, Ana enjoys life exploring new coffee shops and restaurants, traveling, and staying active with group fitness classes.

Kaitlin Kelly

Community Relations Manager

Before joining Wilson Commons, Kaitlin spent nearly five years at the University of Minnesota’s School of Nursing where she worked as a research professional studying the effects of aerobic exercise on people with Alzheimer’s disease. As the study’s Exercise Interventionist, she guided subjects through their exercise protocols and collected data. Her passion for working with older adults led her to a role as a Marketing Director at a memory care community, and eventually to Wilson Commons when she moved to Milwaukee. 

Kaitlin holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training with a minor in Gerontology and a Master of Science, Education degree in Exercise Science. She is nationally certified and licensed in Wisconsin as an Athletic Trainer. During her time at the University of Minnesota, she co-authored two research articles and a book alongside the Principal Investigator and Co-Investigators. 

Beyond Wilson Commons, Kaitlin is passionate about sports and youth development. She enjoys life by coaching high school soccer and at soccer camps. Kaitlin works with organizations that provide access to sports and equipment for underserved youth in the community.

Rose Orosco

Independent Living Manager

Rose started her career working in family practice for 18 years. She discovered a deep passion for helping others improve their health and well-being. Transitioning to Assisted and Independent Living, Rose embraced the challenge of senior care, gaining invaluable experience and fostering a strong commitment to providing compassionate support. 

As an Independent Living Manager, Rose finds joy in bringing positivity to residents’ lives, offering comfort during challenges and striving to make each day better.

Outside of work, she cherishes time with family, whether cooking, enjoying movie nights, or working on sewing projects. Quiet moments for prayer and reflection are equally important, as are the treasured moments spent with Rose’s father, who holds a special place in her heart.
