Greatest Need
Capri is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults through service, care and lifestyle enrichment. Donations will go to support the general operating fund of the community you select and will be used to address their greatest needs.
Capri’s mission is to enrich the lives of our residents through service and commitment to family and community. Our tagline is enjoy life, something we work to deliver to our residents every day.
If you would like to recognize a loved one living at a Capri community or perhaps a Capri staff member who has gone above and beyond with their support and care, this is a great way to acknowledge that special someone. Donations received in honor or recognition of someone will be shared with that community’s leadership team and managed as desired.
Caregivers are frequently the staff members who interact most often with residents while delivering personally developed care plans. They develop strong personal relationships with our residents through their daily care. This category is a great way to recognize a caregiver who has gone above and beyond in delivering support and care to your loved one.
The importance of active aging is one of the fundamental cornerstones of Capri’s programming philosophy. Capri strives to develop communities filled with fun, friendship and nurtures the desire to actively age and enjoy life, whatever that means to you. Independent Living donations will support programming for our most active and independent residents, including educational speakers, musical programs, cultural opportunities and countless other adventure offerings outside of our communities.
Capri believes in maximizing independence for Assisted Living residents by providing the comfort and care services they need so they can enjoy life to the fullest. Donations to Assisted Living programs will go to support enrichment opportunities for Assisted Living residents, providing abundant lifestyle activity opportunities inside and outside of our building.
Capri’s research-based Blu Grotto Memory Care programming serves residents living with memory loss or dementia, including Alzheimer’s Disease. We focus on treating the person, not just the disease and always want our residents to feel comfortable, safe, accepted and engaged. Donations to Memory Care Programs will be used to support our expanding Blu Grotto enrichment program offering as well as the care givers and specialists who serve our Memory Care residents.
Delivering quality affordable housing to low-income older adults and people with disabilities is an important component of Capri’s lviing portfolio. Our management services are designed to promote safety, comfort and independence for all residents. Donations here go directly to support providing high-quality living environments for residents in our affordable housing communities.
This free, annual, one-day extravaganza hosted by Capri celebrates the positives of aging and encourages older adults to get involved, try new things and live life to the fullest, whatever that means to them. It features speakers, exhibitors, activities, music and lots of joy. The day would not be possible without support from our sponsors and friends. If you would like to contribute to this meaningful day for older adults, donations are tax-deductible and always appreciated.
