Jason Soloninka

Executive Director

Always ready for a friendly game of sheepshead or table tennis with residents, Jason truly brings fun and hands-on management to Ruby Commons. He joined the team as Community Manager in 2014 and has worked in property management for over 15 years. The opportunity to make a difference in residents’ lives is what makes him most proud about his role as Executive Director. “It can be a simple smile or laugh that I bring to someone when they’re down. Also, this role has provided me with a new perspective on life.” When he’s not working, Jason is happiest spending time with his family and friends. He enjoys golfing, board games and talking about parenting with his friends. On Sunday mornings, you’ll find Jason at St. Nicholas Orthodox Church in Cedarburg with his family. Make sure you check your license plate before showing off your car to him: one of his pet peeves is when people place license plate stickers other than the bottom right.

Josseline Castillo

Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator

Josseline is our amazing Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator at Ruby Commons! Josseline has always envisioned herself working with seniors and she loves being able to make a positive impact on the lives of the seniors she works with. Josseline brings a great attitude and love with her to work every day and it shows! A few words used to describe Josseline are fun, caring, artistic and hard worker. She gets her hard work ethic from her father, whom she greatly admires. He came from a family of eight to be the first with a college degree. When Josseline is not at Ruby Commons, you might find her spending time with her husband and pets or traveling and going to concerts and movies with friends. Some skills most people don’t know about Josseline is that she was a competitive folklore dancer for 8 years, speaks Spanish and also works as a full-time artist! She one day hopes to create a safe space for children who come from low-income families. One thing she said working with the residents has taught her is, be grateful for another day!

Christina Fontanini

Business Office Coordinator

Meet Christina, a dedicated and caring individual whose proudest accomplishment is building deep connections with family members, residents and staff members, creating a tightly knit community. Although her journey started as a caregiver in 2017, Christina’s trajectory shifted when she embraced her current role in November 2022. Outside of work, she finds true happiness in spending time with her family – her three kids and her dog. Adventuring, watching movies, cooking to the rhythm of music and getting lost in good books are her go-to leisure activities. Colleagues recognize Christina as a kind, honest, hardworking and patient individual who’s always ready to listen and support others. Her ultimate aspiration is to go skydiving, a testament to her adventurous spirit. Reflecting on her residents’ wisdom, she would share the lesson of embracing every moment, as life is unpredictable and fleeting.

Allan Druch

Sales Coordinator

Allan is a sales professional coupled with background in business management. He joined the Ruby Commons team in May 2024 and brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to his role. Prior to this position, he served as Assistant Community Manager at a 55+ community where he expanded his skills in community management and resident service. Allan enjoys life by spending quality time with his family. Watching his grandson play sports, enjoying family dinners or hitting the golf course (despite admitting he’s not very good at it), Allan finds fulfillment in life’s simple pleasures and cherishes the moments with his loved ones.
