“First let me start by saying that Trevor Herzberg, the Director of Community Services is the reason my mom is at the Brookfield location. He was phenomenal in helping with this difficult transition and went over and above when it came to addressing any of our questions or concerns. He actually KNOWS all of the residents by name and they all seem to really like him whenever he is around. That being said, there is more to this place than just the initial onboarding. As a hospital administrator myself, I can attest to how well run this organization is. The amount of activities set up for the residents are fantastic and more importantly, the residents all seem to get involved and enjoy them. This place allows you to do as much or as little as you care to do which was very important to my mom. I am not going to list all of the conveniences and benefits this place has because you can see all of that on their website. But I can say, without a doubt, I have no reservations in working with my mom to make this transition. She has settled in and actually tells me on a regular basis how happy she is, and how glad she to have made the move. Don’t hesitate to consider this a place for your loved ones.”
