Travis Borchert

Campus Executive Director

Travis is responsible for overseeing all operational facets at Drumlin Reserve. He approaches his duties with unwavering integrity and compassion. Travis joined Drumlin Reserve in 2020. Travis has an Associate Degree in Healthcare Administration, a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management and over 15 years of experience in the healthcare sector.

Travis draws inspiration from his father. Reflecting on his father’s influence, Travis said, “He is the hardest working individual I have ever met, but never let work get in the way of being a role model. He was a supervisor and led by example, always providing a helping hand in the workplace. The number one thing he taught me growing up is that you must work hard for what you want in life. He has now taken over a family business dating back to the 1960s.” This work ethic runs deep within Travis’s family: it’s not uncommon to spot his young son by his side.

In his free time, Travis enjoys life by woodworking, a cherished pastime that allows him to recharge.

Lily Rivera

Assistant Executive Director

Lily has over six years of experience working in healthcare, primarily in nursing, but discovered her passion lies in healthcare administration. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Bryant & Stratton College and has also attended nursing school, further enriching her ability to care for others. Her search for the perfect community to make a difference led her to Drumlin Reserve. Lily is dedicated to enriching the lives of residents and supporting her team in every way possible. She finds joy in helping others and strives to make Drumlin Reserve a place where residents thrive.

When she’s not at Drumlin Reserve, Lily enjoys life by spending time outdoors with her husband and their two Golden Retrievers, Dunkin and Luka. Her favorite activities include hiking, backpacking, road-tripping, and exploring new places across the country.

April Harding

Community Relations Manager

April has always been a helper and a doer, so a role helping people is something she envisioned from a young age. If you asked her colleagues to describe her, they would say she’s supportive, reliable, flexible and ready to take on whatever is thrown her way. Friendly, empathetic and genuine, April is an advocate and resource to both residents, and the community. When she’s not at Drumlin Reserve, you can find her playing in her volleyball league, traveling, boating and spending time with her daughter. April is a great asset to Drumlin Reserve, and we are lucky to have her!
