Rebecca Koepsell

Executive Director

Rebecca’s passion for senior living began at a young age, inspired by her grandfather’s advice to work hard and help others. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from UW-Eau Claire and obtained her Nursing Home Administrator’s license. Rebecca joined Capri Communities as Assistant Executive Director at Grace Commons in 2021. She transitioned to Capri’s home office as Operations Specialist before joining Drumlin Reserve.

Rebecca loves building relationships with residents, hearing their stories, and guiding families through the transition to senior living with empathy and compassion.

Outside of work, she enjoys life by trying new restaurants, traveling, hunting with her dad and brother, and spending summer weekends by the lake. She lives by the motto: “Forgive yourself and others, say sorry, tell people how much they mean to you, and never hold a grudge.”

Lily Rivera

Assistant Executive Director

Lily has over six years of experience working in healthcare, primarily in nursing, but discovered her passion lies in healthcare administration. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Bryant & Stratton College and has also attended nursing school, further enriching her ability to care for others. Her search for the perfect community to make a difference led her to Drumlin Reserve. Lily is dedicated to enriching the lives of residents and supporting her team in every way possible. She finds joy in helping others and strives to make Drumlin Reserve a place where residents thrive.

When she’s not at Drumlin Reserve, Lily enjoys life by spending time outdoors with her husband and their two Golden Retrievers, Dunkin and Luka. Her favorite activities include hiking, backpacking, road-tripping, and exploring new places across the country.

April Harding

Community Relations Manager

April brings a unique blend of communication, creativity, and compassion to her role as Community Relations Manager at Drumlin Reserve. Prior to joining Capri, April spent 11 years as an elementary school teacher in Madison and Milwaukee, teaching 3rd and 4th grade. She also worked as a wedding planner and social media coordinator for a Madison-based event company, further developing her skills in organization and relationship-building.

April holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with minors in Science and Social Studies. She also has a certificate of completion for Capri Communities’ Blu Grotto Memory Care training program.

Outside of work, April enjoys life spending quality time with her daughter, Blair, and exploring all that Wisconsin has to offer – from hiking and traveling to trying new restaurants. She stays active in volleyball and softball leagues and values making the most of every weekend through fun and meaningful experiences.
