Rebecca Koepsell

Executive Director

Rebecca’s passion for senior living began at a young age, inspired by her grandfather’s advice to work hard and help others. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from UW-Eau Claire and obtained her Nursing Home Administrator’s license. Rebecca joined Capri Communities as Assistant Executive Director at Grace Commons in 2021. She transitioned to Capri’s home office as Operations Specialist before joining Drumlin Reserve.

Rebecca loves building relationships with residents, hearing their stories, and guiding families through the transition to senior living with empathy and compassion.

Outside of work, she enjoys life by trying new restaurants, traveling, hunting with her dad and brother, and spending summer weekends by the lake. She lives by the motto: “Forgive yourself and others, say sorry, tell people how much they mean to you, and never hold a grudge.”

April Harding

Community Relations Manager

April brings a unique blend of communication, creativity, and compassion to her role as Community Relations Manager at Drumlin Reserve. Prior to joining Capri, April spent 11 years as an elementary school teacher in Madison and Milwaukee, teaching 3rd and 4th grade. She also worked as a wedding planner and social media coordinator for a Madison-based event company, further developing her skills in organization and relationship-building.

April holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with minors in Science and Social Studies. She also has a certificate of completion for Capri Communities’ Blu Grotto Memory Care training program.

Outside of work, April enjoys life spending quality time with her daughter, Blair, and exploring all that Wisconsin has to offer – from hiking and traveling to trying new restaurants. She stays active in volleyball and softball leagues and values making the most of every weekend through fun and meaningful experiences.

Jenny Pingel

Registered Nurse

Jenny is Drumlin Reserve’s empathetic and dedicated RN committed to serving her residents with compassion. She takes immense pride in her role, diligently assisting residents in meeting their unique needs during this pivotal stage of life. Through nursing, Jenny has discovered a sense of fulfillment and purpose.

Jenny embodies the qualities of a good listener, empathizer, and caregiver, all essential in her role where thorough assessment and effective communication are paramount. Beyond work, Jenny finds joy in the great outdoors, enjoying life by boating, gardening, and leisurely walks with her beloved canine companion.

Guided by her motto, “Live every day as if it’s your last and don’t sweat the small stuff,” Jenny infuses each moment with vitality and positivity. With her genuine kindness and respect, she forms lasting connections with residents, families, and her team.

Zeke Regan

Zeke enjoys life by spending quality time with his family. As a devoted father, he aspires to be remembered for his unwavering commitment to both his career and his loved ones. Throughout his life, he embodies the values of patience, compassion and the pursuit of happiness, leaving a lasting impression wherever he goes.
