Travis Borchert

Campus Executive Director

Travis is responsible for overseeing all operational facets at Drumlin Reserve. He approaches his duties with unwavering integrity and compassion. Travis joined Drumlin Reserve in 2020. Travis has an Associate Degree in Healthcare Administration, a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management and over 15 years of experience in the healthcare sector.

Travis draws inspiration from his father. Reflecting on his father’s influence, Travis said, “He is the hardest working individual I have ever met, but never let work get in the way of being a role model. He was a supervisor and led by example, always providing a helping hand in the workplace. The number one thing he taught me growing up is that you must work hard for what you want in life. He has now taken over a family business dating back to the 1960s.” This work ethic runs deep within Travis’s family: it’s not uncommon to spot his young son by his side.

In his free time, Travis enjoys life by woodworking, a cherished pastime that allows him to recharge.

April Harding

Community Relations Manager

April has always been a helper and a doer, so a role helping people is something she envisioned from a young age. If you asked her colleagues to describe her, they would say she’s supportive, reliable, flexible and ready to take on whatever is thrown her way. Friendly, empathetic and genuine, April is an advocate and resource to both residents, and the community. When she’s not at Drumlin Reserve, you can find her playing in her volleyball league, traveling, boating and spending time with her daughter. April is a great asset to Drumlin Reserve, and we are lucky to have her!

Jenny Pingel

Registered Nurse

Meet Jenny, a compassionate and empathetic nurse dedicated to her community. Her proudest achievement is assisting elderly residents to meet their unique needs at this stage of life. While she didn’t initially envision this role for herself, Jenny thrives in it. Jenny is a good listener, empathetic and compassionate, traits that shine through in her nursing role where assessment and communication are key. Outside of work, you’ll find Jenny enjoying the outdoors, boating, gardening and walking her dog. Jenny’s personal motto reflects her zest for life: “Live every day as if it’s your last, and don’t sweat the small stuff.” Through her kindness and respectful nature, she leaves a lasting impact on her colleagues, residents and patients alike.

Zeke Regan

Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator

Zeke’s dedication and compassion is driven by the desire to make a positive impact on others each day. He started his career in higher education and sales, but discovered his true purpose with Drumlin Reserve where he finds profound fulfillment leading life enrichment. His proudest moments stem from the ability to bring smiles and effect meaningful change.

With a playful spirit, he brings his love of games to the residents: whether it’s the strategic allure of poker, the camaraderie of board games or the challenge of mastering the Rubik’s cube.

Zeke enjoys life by spending quality time with his family. As a devoted father, he aspires to be remembered for his unwavering commitment to both his career and his loved ones. Throughout his life, he embodies the values of patience, compassion and the pursuit of happiness, leaving a lasting impression wherever he goes.
