Dawn Kramer

Executive Director

Dawn brings over a decade of nursing and leadership experience to her role as Executive Director at Regency Muskego. She began her healthcare journey as a Hospice RN at Hometown Hospice from 2014 to 2018, where she developed a passion for compassionate care. In 2018, Dawn joined the Regency communities as Director of Health Services in Muskego, later transitioning to the Brookfield campus in the same role. She returned to Muskego as Campus Executive Director in 2022.

A 2013 graduate with her RN degree from Bryant and Stratton College, Dawn is dedicated to fostering a vibrant, supportive community for residents and their families.

Outside of work, Dawn enjoys life by camping, traveling, and creating cherished memories with her family.

Lily Rivera

Assistant Executive Director

Lily has over six years of experience working in healthcare, primarily in nursing, but discovered her passion lies in healthcare administration. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Bryant & Stratton College and has also attended nursing school, further enriching her ability to care for others. Her search for the perfect community to make a difference led her to Drumlin Reserve. Lily is dedicated to enriching the lives of residents and supporting her team in every way possible. She finds joy in helping others and strives to make Drumlin Reserve a place where residents thrive.

When she’s not at Drumlin Reserve, Lily enjoys life by spending time outdoors with her husband and their two Golden Retrievers, Dunkin and Luka. Her favorite activities include hiking, backpacking, road-tripping, and exploring new places across the country.

Andy Hancock

Community Relations Manager

Andy brings over 25 years of experience in social services, ranging from case management to Regional Director of Residential Services. For the past two years, Andy has served as Community Relations Manager at Muskego Regency where he developed a strong connection to the community and a passion for helping older adults and their families navigate senior living options.

Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a foundation that has shaped his empathetic and solutions-forward approach to his work.

In his free time, Andy enjoys life by spending quality time with his family, creating meaningful memories together.

Olivia Yokofich

Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator

Olivia is the Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator at Muskego Regency. Olivia has been working with the geriatric population for over eight years in various ways until she found her home here at Regency Muskego.

Olivia enjoys life by spending time with her friends and family. Outside of work she can be found at the gym with her sister or cuddling up next to her pets, Daisy and Gunner.
