Kiley Bamesberger

Executive Director

Kiley began her career in healthcare at the age of sixteen as a CNA and other clinical roles before transitioning into leadership. Originally from Nebraska, she managed a behavioral therapy office before relocating to Wisconsin. In 2022, Kiley joined Capri Communities as the Assistant Executive Director at St. Catherine Commons in Kenosha. Her dedication and leadership led her to her current role as Campus Executive Director at Hyland Campus.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Healthcare Management, as well as a Master’s Degree in Long-Term Care Management – both from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.

Outside of work, Kiley enjoys life by hiking, reading, traveling with her partner, and spending time with her dog, Betty White.

Sarah Rublein

Community Relations Manager

Sarah began her career in senior living more than a decade ago and quickly discovered her passion for helping older adults and their families find the right community to enjoy life. Prior to entering senior living, Sarah built a strong foundation in research, sales, and marketing within the advertising and broadcast television industries. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys life spending time with family and friends, traveling, gardening, biking, hiking, and practicing yoga. She is also active in her church’s music ministry and serves on the board of directors for the Colonial Club in Sun Prairie, continuing her commitment to enriching the lives of older adults.

Brian Munster

Lifestyle Enrichment Specialist

Brian brings nearly two decades of experience in senior living, with a background in a variety of activity roles and as a CBRF trainer. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Winona State University and is a former Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors – especially fishing, hiking, and playing disc golf.
