Kiley Bamesberger

Executive Director

The thing Kiley loves most about her job here at Hyland Campus is the impact that she is able to make on residents, and the personalized care she brings to her community. Her dream has always been to have a role that can make such a big impact on residents’ lives. Kiley received her bachelor’s degree with a focus on Healthcare Management and brings what she learned throughout her undergraduate career to her job every day. She also brings with her five years’ experience as a caregiver, which is where she developed her love for working with seniors. Kiley is extremely passionate about advocating for people with memory care impairment. She has a grandfather who passed away from dementia and a grandmother who is currently living with it. She brings that personal part of her life with her when she is working with the residents. She wants them to feel like they’re with family. Kiley’s very proud of her most recent accomplishment in earning her Masters in Long Term Care Management through the University of Nebraska! When Kiley is not at Hyland you might find her reading, spending time outdoors, trying new recipes or traveling with her significant other.

Sarah Rublein

Community Relations Manager

Sarah graces Hyland Campus with her genuinely caring, loyal and hardworking spirit. If you ask her, she’ll say she inherited these traits from her mom, whom she greatly admires. Sarah makes it her mission to help seniors find a home that fits their needs and goes above and beyond to build a sense of community at Hyland. Outside of work, she is a passionate advocate for social justice, animal rights, environment, Alzheimer’s and cancer awareness. When she’s not focused on the health and happiness of others, she makes time for daily meditation and exercise…something important to her from a young age. In fact, she was a varsity athlete in high school, playing on the girl’s golf team!

Brian Munster

Lifestyle Enrichment Specialist

Brian is a compassionate worker who finds immense pride in witnessing the joy residents experience during activities. While they may no longer be able to do everything they once could, Brian revels in finding creative ways to maximize their abilities. His role keeps him on his toes, as each day presents unique surprises that he embraces with enthusiasm. Beyond work, Brian’s ultimate goal is to travel extensively, exploring Europe and visiting all 50 states. When he’s not on the clock, he finds his greatest happiness in spending quality time with loved ones, cheering on the Packers and immersing himself in nature through activities like disc golf, Pickleball, fishing, camping and hiking. One invaluable lesson he has learned from his residents is to seize the limited time we have in life, hold no grudges and always speak one’s mind.
