Rick Roeglin

Executive Director

A helper by nature – when you meet Rick Roeglin, you immediately know you’re in good hands. And those who know him well, know he’s determined to make a difference in the lives of area seniors. With a degree in Computer Networking, you’re probably wondering how Rick ended up as the Executive Director at Wilson Commons. While attending school, it was that instinct to help that kicked in while working part-time as a caregiver for a home care company. Rick eventually moved into the role of Director of Client Services and then Director of Marketing, before deciding it was time to make the move to Assisted Living. Rick joined Capri in 2019 as a Customer Relations Manager and did such a great job, that he earned the promotion to Executive Director of Wilson Commons in 2021. Rick says he likes working at Wilson Commons because he gets to make families “feel like they have options when they feel stuck or unsure how to move forward. I let them know that they are not alone, and that we are here for them.”

Kaitlin Kelly

Community Relations Manager

Good is the enemy of great! This is Kaitlin’s personal moto and is always on the forefront of her mind while working with residents and families in her role as Community Relations Manager at Wilson Commons. One of the things that makes Kaitlin stand out is her desire to always be learning. She asks questions, is perceptive of her environment and pays attention to details. She is most proud when working with new residents and families to help them find peace of mind in their decision to call Wilson Commons home. Outside of work, Kaitlin values being active and tries to fit in a workout each day. She is also a dedicated soccer coach who inspires young athletes on and off the field. A few bucket list items for Kaitlin are traveling to Ireland, Iceland, Scotland and Antarctica. In her free time, she also enjoys hiking, going on walks and dinners with friends. Wilson Commons is very happy that Kaitlin chose to play for our team!
