Leah Jones

Campus Executive Director

Leah serves as the Campus Executive Director at St. Catherine Commons. She began her career in senior living as an Activity Assistant shortly after college and quickly advanced into leadership roles, including Activity Director and CBRF Administrator. Before joining Capri Communities, Leah was an Assisted Living Director of Operations, bringing a deep understanding of resident care and team development to her work.

Leah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Art Therapy and maintains certifications as a CBRF Administrator, Activity Director, and Certified Dementia Practitioner.

Beyond St. Catherine Commons, Leah enjoys life by thrifting, exploring nature parks, and spending time with her beloved crew of two dogs, two cats, five hens, and one rooster. She also loves watching movies, reading, and soaking in the simple joys of everyday life.

Anne Hodges

Business Office Manager

Anne has dedicated her career to senior living, growing professionally through several roles at St. Catherine Commons. She began as a caregiver in 2018, became an administrative assistant, later advancing to Assistant Executive Director, then Executive Director, and now serves as the Business Office Manager. These experiences give Anne valuable insight into both resident and staff needs.

She holds an Office Assistant Technical Degree and an Administrative Professional Associate’s Degree. Before her career in senior living, Anne spent 12 years caring for her father – a reflection of her kind and compassionate nature.

Outside of work, Anne enjoys life by reading mystery novels and spending time outdoors with friends and family.
