With over 25 years of experience, Gia and her team champion Capri’s people and culture initiatives, including succession planning, learning and talent development, diversity and inclusion, workforce planning, and total rewards.
Gia has her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
To enjoy life, Gia enjoys traveling, camping, and spending time with her family and friends.
