Jennene Smarslik
Senior Vice President of Information Technology
Jennene is an accomplished and versatile leader with a passion for bringing strategy, planning and delivery to the IT needs of our residents and communities. Her 25 years of senior living experience allow her to assess business and technology needs and strike the right balance for people, process, and technology. Since joining Capri, she has guided the team through multiple system conversions, technology upgrades, and the launch of a resident technology concierge service.
Jennene received her BS in Business & Computer Systems from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and her MBA from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.
To enjoy life, Jennene finds relaxation in baking, reading, and spending time with loved ones. She also enjoys flexing her organizational skills by helping plan major family events like weddings.
