Dedicated Assisted Living Building

Located across from Pennoyer Park, with stunning views of Lake Michigan, St. Catherine Commons’ dedicated Assisted Living building offers one- and two-bedroom apartments with spacious, open-concept floor plans. Each apartment includes a full kitchen and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Select apartments include balconies, and beautiful views of Lake Michigan.

There are no long-term commitments or endowment fees, and all utilities are included in your month-to-month rent. Our Assisted Living community offers a wide variety of amenities and services:

Maintenance-free living
Assistance with personal care and daily living needs
Three nutritionally balanced meals per day
Safety call pendant for added reassurance
Pharmacy and medication management services including insulin and oxygen administration
Physical Therapy Center
Pet-friendly

Monthly rates start at $4,430/month.
