She has worked in senior independent living communities for over ten years. In addition to keeping the office running smooth, Trish spends a lot of time with residents. "I really enjoy chatting with residents and getting to know more about them and their stories," she said. "It's great being able to learn more about their experiences!" She enjoys working with her co-workers and residents because they are so fun and friendly. "Since I started I have been treated as if I had been here for years. It's a great feeling!"

Assistant ManagerEmail: tkohel@capricommunities.comTina Kohel had been the Administrative Assistant since March 2015 and transitioned to be the Assistant Manager. “I have a wonderful relationship with all the residents and enjoy working with each and every one of them as well as my team," she said. “I try to be there for the residents as much as I can, if they need a hand to hold, or an ear for listening or just to chat.”
She is a mother of two, and has two grandchildren.
